No matter your choice, the booking process is simple and every design is treated with the same level of care and precision.

Custom Tattoo Booking Process


1. Submit Your Inquiry
When you contact me, I’ll ask for:

  • Any inspiration pictures you have.

  • The body part you’d like tattooed.

  • An estimated size for your tattoo.
     

This helps me provide an accurate price estimate and ensure enough time is allocated for your appointment.

2. Receive a Price Estimate
Based on the details you’ve provided, I’ll send you a price estimation for your custom tattoo.

3. Confirm Your Booking
If you’re happy with the price and design discussion, I’ll send you a list of available dates and times. To secure your appointment, I require a 50% deposit within 24 hours. If no payment is received, the appointment will be cancelled.
 
Why Do I Take a Deposit?
The deposit covers my design time and protects the appointment slot. It’s non-refundable to ensure my time is respected, and it allows me to focus on serious inquiries. Please refer to my cancellation policy for more details.

4. Confirm Your Appointment
Once your deposit is paid, your appointment is locked in! You’ll receive:

  • A consultation form to complete before your appointment.

  • A link to review and accept my terms and conditions.
     

5. Approve Your Tattoo Design
I’ll design your tattoo based on our conversation and send you a draft for approval. Minor tweaks are welcome, and I’m happy to work on up to two rounds of amends. If significant changes or a complete redesign are needed, additional charges may apply.

6. See You on the Day!
With your design approved, all that’s left is for you to arrive on the day ready for your tattoo!

Flash Sheet & Wanna Do Tattoo Booking Process

1. Choose Your Design
Browse through my collection of pre-designed flash sheets and Wanna Do tattoos. These designs are ready to go and cannot be customised.

2. Confirm Your Booking
Once you’ve chosen your design, I’ll send you a list of available dates and times for your appointment. To secure your booking, I require a 50% deposit within 24 hours. If no payment is received, the appointment will be cancelled, and the design will be made available to others.

Why Do I Take a Deposit?
The deposit ensures your chosen design is reserved for you and protects the appointment slot. It’s non-refundable to cover my time and business costs if the booking is cancelled or missed. Please see my cancellation policy for full details.

Once your deposit is paid, your appointment is confirmed! You’ll receive:

  • A consultation form to complete before your appointment.

  • A link to review and accept my terms and conditions.
     

4. Arrive on the Day
Simply show up on the day of your appointment, and I’ll bring your chosen design to life!
